Torivac, S.L is a company whose activity consists in the manufacture and distribution of Toroidal transformers, Voltage Variators, Potentiometers and winding Rheostats, core toroidal and other passive Components.

We define our quality policy as directions and directives set from Managing staff and directed to successfully manage our quality policy with the aim to reach the total satisfaction of our customers, through the manufactured products reliability and the commercial service quality.

These directives can be summarised by following points:

Customer’s satisfaction :
In order to be able to satisfy our customers’ needs we must make an effort in knowing their exact needs and to offer them suitable solutions. More over, through the permanent dialog we must know their opinion concerning our products and our service to be able to anticipate their expectations and correct the possible dissatisfactions.

Personnel training:
To disclose the quality policy between all company members, fomenting responsibility and sensitivity regarding the continuous quality improvement. The Torivac staff considers essential to have a competent and trained personnel engaged to the company to reach its objectives, to the customers’ benefit.

Resources optimization:
To implant and to create suitable conditions in different processes and company working areas to make easier new ideas and necessary proposals for the processes improvement.

In order to develop previous principles, the Torivac, S.L staff is involved in developing following actions:

  • To guarantee to our customers safe and reliable products supply, according to its requirements and in agreed delivery time.
  • To create a favourable climate to promotion the quality in the company, being transmitted general quality aims through dispositions and internal meetings.
  • To develop and to implant its Quality Insurance System according to UNE-ISO 9001:2008, standard maintaining updated the Quality Manual and other documents integrating this system.
  • To develop activities oriented to reduce failures and costs provoked by the no quality, with the consequent productivity and profitability improvement, improving each operating place, trying that company procedures are agile and efficient, and establishing actions oriented to prevent instead of to correct.
