IRON FILLING TOROIDAL BUFFERS
The
iron filling toroidal buffers are the ideal inductive components for
the design and manufacture of DC/DC converters or switched AC/DC sources.
Their
main characteristics are:
Low dispersion of the magnetic field, limiting the radiated fields
to the minimum.
High yield, allowing for the filtration or storage of energy in
a minimum space.
Low loss level over the entire range of operating frequencies.
High estability with regards to temperature with a margin of -50ºC
to +90ºC.
High frequency margin from 10Khz to 150Khz.
The
family is comprised of 27 different inductance values that correspond
to the standardised values of passive electronic components, and of
11 different cores, thus obtaining 297 different references which allow
for all design requirements to be covered in most cases. We can manufacture
other special customized items and even other types of core of greater
or lesser sizes, in accordance with the specifications of your equipments.
